We strive to provide our wholesale partners with premium products and offer a 30-day return window for unopened, defective, or incorrect items. Please ensure all original packaging and serial numbers are intact to qualify for a full credit or replacement.

Return Process

  Submit a Return Request

  Log into your wholesale account and complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form detailing the specific items and reason for return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a pre-paid shipping label if the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include a printed copy of your approved RMA form.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, we will inspect the products and issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
