What are the requirements to open a wholesale account?
To purchase from Vape Wholesaler, you must provide a valid business license and a state-issued tobacco or nicotine retail permit. All accounts are manually verified to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to maintain our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum initial order of $500. Subsequent reorders must meet a $250 minimum to qualify for bulk shipping rates.
How do you handle shipping for nicotine products?
All shipments containing nicotine are sent via specialized private carriers compliant with the PACT Act. An adult signature (21+) and valid ID are strictly required upon delivery for all orders.
Are the products authentic and TPD/PMTA compliant?
We only source directly from manufacturers or authorized master distributors. All hardware and e-liquids in our catalog are 100% authentic and meet the necessary PMTA or TPD regulatory filings required for legal sale.
What is your policy on defective or damaged items?
Defective hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or replacement. Please note that e-liquids and disposable vapes are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards unless they arrive damaged.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. For long-term partners with established credit history, Net-15 or Net-30 terms may be available upon application.
